1. Basic rules
1.1 Insults, mate, symbols, expressions, abbreviations or names that offend other users or contain vulgar language, including veiled ones, including character nicknames, are allowed.
1.2 It is forbidden to discuss or disseminate information that violates the law in any way.
1.3 Any use of defects or other unregulated features on the provided services is prohibited. In case of detection of such situations, the user is obliged to inform the administration about it to solve the problem!
1.4 It is allowed to use or discuss any software that emulates the player's presence in the game (bots, emulators, etc.).
1.5 Any actions against the project or to the detriment of the project will be considered as a direct threat.
1.6 Any attempts to impersonate representatives or 'friends' of the administration will be considered a direct threat.
1.7 Deception of other players is allowed (introduced himself as another person, fake nicknames, etc.), misrepresentation (gave in the trade not what was agreed), failure to fulfill obligations (took the thing for a while and did not give it back), theft (having access to the account of the section of the character), as well as theft of the drop (jointly killed RB and taking all the drop ran away) - and other similar cases.
1.8 In any controversial situation (such as suspicion of unauthorized access to the account) - blame only yourself. It's time to grow up and turn on your head.
1.9 All accounts, as well as all their contents, are the property of the Administration.
2.0 Player has the right to register two or more accounts.

2. Real money trade (RMT)
2.1 It is allowed to offer, discuss or conduct trades for real money or other means of payment (WebMoney, QiWi, etc.).
2.2 Discussing deals, prices or trading outside of the game server chat (vk/ts/skype, etc.) is equated to RMT and is officially allowed.

3. technical support and user requests
3.1 For technical questions please contact the technical support service! 
3.2 When contacting the administration, go straight to the question you are interested in, 'Are you here', 'What's up?', 'Can I ask you a question?' and similar messages will be ignored and you will not receive an answer.
3.3 All requests and inquiries of users are processed in the order of queue and priority of current tasks. Repeating a message without receiving a reply will push it to the end of the queue.

4 General concepts, explanations and recommendations
4.1 The project is a free, non-commercial and publicly available resource.
4.2 The user is responsible for the use of the provided services and related risks, damage or losses, including material or any other kind of losses.
4.3 Users are obliged to immediately notify the Administration of any problems, errors or violations of the rules, including other users.
4.4 Donations to the project are purely personal desire and initiative to help in the development of the project, do not give privileges and are not grounds for violation of the rules.
4.5 All users of the project have equal rights and opportunities, without exception.

5. Privacy Policy
5.1 Personal and confidential data, including user correspondence, is securely protected and is not shared.
5.2 The specified contact data of users can be used for sending messages, including those of an informational nature (within the framework of the project development).
5.3 Accounts used for other purposes (spam, advertising, flooding, etc.) are blocked and deleted.

6. Akksharing
6.1 Registered user accounts are personal, data may not be shared with other users in any form or under any pretext.
6.2 All responsibility for this violation is fully assumed by the user, without any claims, retaining the ability to use the services.
6.3 Before giving someone to use the account make sure that you do not suffer from his actions - in case of violations of the rules of the project are blocked all accounts to which the offender has access. The blocking is permanent and you cannot unblock the account.
6.4 In case of violation of this section of the agreement in any disputable situations the user who registered the account is responsible.
6.5 In case of disputes regarding aksharing accounts (so-called all-clan accounts, which someone registered and disappeared, the access of the entire clan on the connection login/password) - you deal with yourself.

7. General chat
7.1 General chat (including hero chat) can be used to clarify relationships, flooding or insults in any form.
7.2 The use of this type of chat on the project is a privilege, not a right. Any output beyond the generally accepted moral norms of communication will not entail anything.

8. Punishments for breaking the rules
8.1 Any user can leave a request to the technical support on the violator of the rules of the project (provide a screenshot or a record of the violation indicating the date and time of the incident for verification).
8.2 The minimum punishment for violation of the rules applied by moderators is blocking the game chat for a period of 24 hours.
8.3 In case of gross violations of the rules, all characters and accounts on which the player's access was marked can be blocked or deleted.

The rules of this agreement can not be interpreted as a separate part of them, are a whole and represent a basis that does not exclude moral and generally accepted norms. By confirming registration, using the services or resources of the project, you accept the established rules, without exception, and are fully responsible for their observance. If you do not agree with the rules, or their revision, immediately delete all data used or related to your participation in the project. Punishment for violation of the rules is determined by the administration, in each case. To resolve disputes or violations of the rules, the Administration has the right to use all available resources.
